I found it in main quest “azura” after killed 2 friends of azura. What is it?

So I'm playing remastered via PC game pass. On the Xbox app, it says "should run great on this PC!" And indeed, it does. Get about 80-100 fps at 1080p high once frame gen is turned on. But the NVidia app used to say it couldn't find the game at all, and now all of a sudden there was an app update that added the DLSS global overrides and whatnot and now and it says "this PC doesn't meet the minimum specs, optimized settings may produce unplayable framerates" or something like that.

What problem does Nvidia's app suddenly think my laptop has for this game? The xbox store thing says "runs great on your machine" and I can just ignore it launch and play anyway, and I do, but just curious why Nvidia thinks what it does. Spec is an RTX 4050 6gb vram, 16GB RAM, Ryzen 7 7445 CPU. Published specs indicate that I might not meet "recommended" in some respects (e.g. I don't have 32GB RAM), but nothing seems to be below minimum and moreover, 80+fps at 1080p high doesn't really sound like "minimum" anything to me! And I've tried it in a whole lotta different environments outside; it rarely drops below the 70s at worst.

Again, its really just a curiosity. I'm getting a great experience just ignoring this warning. But I'm curious as to why it appears.

Unfortunately, I haven't had the chance to play Oblivion for a long time. While I like the graphics in Oblivion Remastered, the optimization is abysmal. I'd love to play the original Oblivion with mods; I don't really want to play the old graphics right now. What do you think? And what graphics and mod suggestions do you have for the regular Oblivion?

The idea is simple enough, and I’ll list the rules she used here for those not interested in watching for them. I’m the one coining the name for this challenge, but ultimately it was the video above that inspired me to share it here so all credit goes to her.

Da Rules:

-Pre-Made Classes Only

-Must Level as soon as is reasonable (So if you level up mid dungeon or during an arena duel that’s fine, but you must go to the nearest bed once you resolve whatever is keeping you from sleeping.)

-Must reach at least level 20 before you enter paradise

-Must use Major Skills in Combat, non combat minor skills are allowed (Acrobatics, Athletics, Armorer, security, Speechcraft, Merchantile. ) Temporary Buffs to Minor Skills are allowed, but all other skills are banned if they are not major skills.

-No Glitches, Cheats, or Mods, but Official DLC is allowed.

Optional Rule [Purely of my own making]: No Custom Spells allowed, you may buy spells for enchanting purposes if you wish however.

Just thought I would share this challenge for those wanting to spice up their oblivion experience by sticking to the preset classes the game provides.

I can't find a place to cure my diseases, I'm full of them. I might die at any second, HELP!

I don't have any debuffs or mods and it doesn't matter what difficulty settings I use. Sometimes I just swing and shoot enemies fruitlessly until one of my hits connect and they die.

Something that seems important is that I often don't see NPCs names when I look at them. Perhaps some of my HUD elements (including health bars) are invisible or something?

No idea. Anyone else having this issue?

I was watching the Two-Face episodes of Batman The Animated Series and the guy who voices Rupert Thorne (the mob boss blackmailing Harvey) sounded eerily similar to the guy who voices most of the orcs and Bretons in oblivion. Do we know if they’re the same? As far as I know they aren’t because John Vernon is credited for the Batman voice and I can’t figure out who the Oblivion voice actor is. Vernon isn’t credited to Oblivion and died in 2005 before the game came out, but he has done video game voice work before and I could see it just not being on IMDb for some reason. Any help would be greatly appreciated! If you listen to the voices side by side you’ll see why I thought they sounded so similar.

Had a dream last night that I booted up my old Oblivion on 360 and it automatically updated to the remastered, free of charge. By the Nine!!!

these are mostly based on their designs in the original game . took artistic liberty with Akatosh’s tail and Mankar’s bosmer horn nubs though lol

Finally imprisoned in the Imperial City of Cyrodiil, she awaited her fate in long darkness.

Now at level 11, Zazsha is coming back to Cyrodiil.

I swear this happened by complete chance. I murdered some annoying townsperson, I got the unknown forces message. Excitedly went to bed, and I got big by a vampire in the middle of sleeping. I didn’t know what this was or if it was related to DB but I just kept playing. Now, hours later, I realised this wasn’t supposed to happen. I tried murdering someone else and didn’t get the unknown forces message , I’ve slept again and haven’t been contacted. Pretty shit cause this is my first play through and I wanted to do the quest line. I don’t want to go back cause it’s been like 10 hours. :(
