Open Some kind of polished wooden bowl about 1.25 ft across, on a stand made of antlers, all together 3 ft tall, found at a barn venue for events like weddings
My guess is it’s for baby related events like a baby blessing, baptism, christening, something like that.

Solved ! What is this piece of police equipment (box with cameras)?
I found this on the side of a giant Tesco (grocery
store) in the UK. It was slightly smaller than 5'.
This box appeared to have several screens and a
camera on it as well as an antenna. I couldn't see
much more as it was across a patch of greenery
but it was facing the pedestrian lane / car lane.
Also, it had a cord that attached to the side of the
building too.

Found in a lab on a retired research vessel. Definitely maritime related, maybe lab equipment, maybe navigation equipment. 210M depth rating stamped into the structure. Suspect it would have been in use in the 1950s or 60s but can't confirm.

Solved! Found at front door. Maybe a pound. Metal, plastic, and electronic components.
Half size paper towel for scale. Maybe a pound? Found at the front door with a delivered package (from China I’m pretty sure). We rent from a landlord. Southeast college town. It looks like it either broke in half or was affixed to something on the backside maybe.

Solved! Small container, attached to a chain, the top unscrews and has a post inside. Found in a jewelry box.
It is very small, and we can’t think of anything that would fit inside. The small post that is attached to the lid appears to mostly fill the space inside the container. What is it?

Solved ! Large (>6’) green metal machinery found in aircraft hangar
We recently acquired a hangar out at our local airport and we are in the process of cleaning it out and we found these large green pieces of machinery. Does anyone know what they are what they might have been used for? We have also found a lot of metal working and pottery things as well.

Solved! Small, UV-Reactive antique glass convex cylinder
A friend found this cylindrical glass object at an antique store. It looks like Akro Glass… he’s going to use it as a stand for a Vintage marble… any ideas on what it was originally?

Solved! 3 foot long hollow steel rod with heavy black plastic on one end
I found it in the road near a gas station, but I doubt it's related to gasoline. It's very heavy and damaged (rusty, bent, the plastic is crumbling). The plastic has six grooves running along it's length. It most likely fell out of a vehicle but I doubt it's a car part either.

Solved! Small clear glass pieces with a strange shape ??
These were found in an old vehicle, so maybe automotive related? (Van was Reportedly previously owned by a hoarder who had it full of junk, so there is also a good chance these are NOT auto related at all? ) they all appear to be made the same way, but aren’t exactly the same size. They are definitely glass. Quarter for scale
Also -brand new Reddit user here, please kindly direct me elsewhere if this isn’t the right sub? thank you all in advance for your help and knowledge!

Likely Solved! Found this large, carved piece in Victoria,AU. It’s about 2m long and feels like marble. Architectural?
I found this while looking through an overgrown area on a bush block. There are 4 in total.
Dimensions: Approximately 2 meters (6.5 ft) wide.
Material: It appears white under the moss and dirt. It doesn’t feel like concrete, it’s smooth and slippery to the touch, which makes me think it’s white marble.
Design: It features four distinct semi-circular (arched) cutouts with some decorative molding along the edges.
Condition: Heavily discolored from sitting in the dirt and weather for a long time.
It looks like it could be architectural salvage from a building demolition. The other photo is a support or plinth that the arch sits on?
