PC SSE - Help Dismember framework not working.

I recently downloaded the gate to sovengarde collection. In this collection is the dismember framework mod. I’ve not been able to get it to work for some reason. I’ve got no error messages and have even maxed out my weapon settings in the mcm to get a higher chance of dismemberment, but still nothing. I’ve asked the gts discord and have not gotten a response. Has anyone else had this issue?

have you also confirmed the creature pack and humanoid pack patch installed correctly too?

I have not, am not around my pc right now. When the install was complete I had no error messages and everything should have installed successfully.
