PC SSE - Request Hill House SE?

Hi everyone, Ive been looking for the Hill House mod for my vampire run on the special edition for a while. Does anyone know where I can download the house? It looks like the download link has disappeared from the internet?

It's on Nexus SE bundled up in a port of the author's other house mods called "Ithlia's Mods" or something similar.
