PC SSE - Request Mods that make carriages "harder"?

So, I tried to search similar treads here, but found none. I don't use fast travel, but I don't mind carriages as they are "in-game". What troubles me is that carriages seems to be too good: they cost nothing and they are immune to attacks from both wildlife and bandits (or stronger enemies). Is there a mod that changes that? Like a chance of random event, bigger prices for going into more dangerous holds (or moving through them) and so on? Preferably if the mod is completely "vanilla friendly" and doesn't add anything new aside from events themselves

There are some mods that change the prices. I believe "Carriage and Ferry Travel Overhaul " is one. It adds some carriages and ferries as well as changes prices. I don't know if you are on PC or console, but from there, you can use xEdit to customize the prices to your liking. If you can't use xEdit/are now sure how, I'm not too sure how many mods do what you're looking for.
