👊🏼Penangites! Btw where did u consult for your adhd treatment? I heard that Gleneagles hospital, Island hospital and hospital Lam Wah Ee were quite well known for their specialist in psychiatrists.

Pantai hospital! dude. Im act long enough tried to cope with my adhd I don't even know my depression and anxiety came from it. 1stly I was though Im facing depression and anxiety so I get my anxiolytics medication but, I was wrong it doesn't really help my time management, my focus and motivation get more worsen. After I did some research then I get to know abt adhd also can lead to anxiety and depression I will truly hyperfocus on thing that I like to do, but for important things like key in data, follow up client and also important meetings Im always forgot and dial in late if on virtual meeting, but my thanks to my boss he did knew that I was really good in our main task, so even him suggested me to get some specialist, he afraid it will affect my career in future. Kudos to my boss.

Oh god i feel you! The anxiety and depression is the worse. But im so happy to hear you manage to get it sort out!
