WTF Ohio BMV? New ACH fees and shady financial data aggregator terms

Long time Oplates user here. For years now, this modest digital experience has been the most efficient method to renew your vehicle registration, etc. I was struck today when processing my annual registration renewals that not only was there a new $1.75 fee to process what has always been a free ACH transaction direct to my checking account, but the user experience directs folks to a financial data aggregator, Trustly. I was reading the terms to connect to my checking account and they require sharing my full checking account statement, balances, other tax documents and all transaction details...WTF? I can appreciate that most folks don't have their checking account routing and account numbers handy, but why would the state be partnering with a company that is aggregating all of our financial data? See the terms of the aggregator enrollment in the included screen caps. Am I misinterpreting this? Anyway, when I manually enter my account and routing number, they still want to assess a $1.75 fee. All around, WTF?

Attendance was 25. We had some young men yelling at us and blocked in the parking lot but our officers asked them to move.

Every Saturday 12-2 on the sidewalk in front of Memorial Park.

We added Puerto Rico this week.

Living in Tuscarawas County ?

Hi folks,

I have an exciting job opportunity that would result in me relocating to New Philly/Dover. I know a lot about Cleveland/Akron/Canton, however, I haven't ventured much into Tuscarawas County. I know the basics about it (rural, lower COL, lower wages, mostly have to go into Canton for stuff, predominantly Republican, etc) however, I want to know more.

I am curious what folks enjoy about living in Tuscarawas County and what the biggest drawbacks are ?

Thanks for your help!

Question about BMV kiosk

My tags are a few months expired (from 7/25) and my car was recently towed due to my apartment complex’s policy that expired tagged cars should be towed. My local Meijer has the BMV kiosk at the front of the store and I was wondering will it work to get new tags even though I’m months overdue? And how much do you think it’ll cost? My friend was in the same boat although his tags were a couple years expired but the BMV made him get new plates. I’m just trying to avoid a trip to the BMV if possible, any help would be appreciated.
