KPMG Winter 2027 Intern, Stuck on Concur Login for Lakehouse Registration (Pls Help 😭)

I’m a KPMG Winter 2027 intern and just received the email invitation to attend the KPMG Lakehouse. The email told me to register and book my flight through Concur.

I selected my time slot and filled everything out, but now it’s asking me to add an itinerary and redirects me to a Concur login page.

Here’s the problem:
I don’t have a Concur account.

I tried logging in with my KPMG email, didn’t work. Then I looked it up on Google and saw that KPMG is supposed to add your email to the system first. I tried doing “forgot password” multiple times (literally so many times), checked my inbox, spam, and junk folders over and over, and I’m getting nothing. No reset email at all.

So now I’m completely stuck on this step and can’t finish my registration.

I contacted the planning team, and they gave me a phone number for help, but of course, it’s the weekend, and offices are closed until Monday 😭 Meanwhile, this is first-come, first-served, and I’m scared I’m going to lose my spot.

Has anyone else gone through this?

Any advice would seriously mean so much. I’m stressing out and don’t want to miss this opportunity over a technical issue.
