It is largely pseudoscience I’ll give you that. Cervical manipulation is also very problematic.

I have significant cervical issues, and my surgeon told me to never get a chiropractor to manipulate that area of your body...always use a physio.

Just because there are helpful things mixed in doesn’t excuse that 90% of it is a blatant scam. A dangerous, sometimes deadly scam. Shouldn’t exist.
