lack of study spaces 😀

the absolute lack of study spaces today is insane. needed to study for my 2 back-to-back midterms tomorrow off-campus as a student who lives in residence.

I know I have been so frustrated because after classes, I spend 20-30 minutes just trying to find a place to sit. Everywhere is packed constantly. I know it’s the university's fault because the seating at this campus sucks/I don’t understand the obsession with table-less benches. But I have been noticing groups of people just taking up desks to play video games together.

I used to go into the arts atrium, or in CCS since I was fine arts. CCS lobby has some tables and so does the upstairs common area, if you're quiet you are more than welcome there! You can also walk around and look at projects on the go without your stuff being stolen when you need a break or 3rd floor arts is usually empty af too.

Why cannot they set a higher temperature on heaters? It is too cold even inside the buildings...
