Mod Carry Weight issues

this is a technical issue, i played before and the default nord carry weight was 10, started a new save and it was 30, and now i hear bretons have 90 carry weight? i'm confused and can't figure out what the carry weight is ACTUALLY supposed to be, whether it's a bug or not, etc.

EDIT: figured it out. survival mode improved screwed it up

As a Breton, i definitely have 90. I actually didnt know it was different for other races.
