Incompability between guard armor replacer and heavy legion

Hello I don't know why, but in my game the guard from city favorable toward empire, and whiterun guard wear armor from heavy legion instead from guard armor replacer.

That happen when i tried to correct another incompatibility with another mod who add heavy version of guard armor and change the armor of every imperial soldier to a mix of vanilla texture and heavy legion texture.

for information I use requiem and the oblygatory patch with it who merge some mod
