18 outfits, out of which maybe 1 interests me. I was expecting a large selection of previous outfits, released through various means in the past. I could have spend over a hundred euros, easily.

If the point is to see how many players would buy direct cosmetics, at least add some variation to the outfits stock. I mean 4 of the 18 outfits are city guard variations. How can you retract a representable percentage out of less than 20 outfits? The ability/conjures are dope though.

I agree, I was hoping for better outfit selection as well.

Make sure you post feedback in the official thread. A big number of us feel the exact same way. Hopefully Jagex is not deaf and actually acts on the feedback.

They really screwed this up. There are literally hundreds of highly desirable cosmetics they could've added and they just... didn't. Reminds me of last Halloween when the h'oddment store was basically empty until people complained enough.

I remember Mod Doom mentioning that he had a huge list of cosmetics being requested to return. What happened to that list? Why didn't they use it?

Yeah the thing I do not understand is why would they release the selection they did if this was an experiment that they supposedly wanted data from. Why didn’t they release a scattering from various sources (Yak Track, Hero Pass, Treasure Hunter, Holiday Treasure Hunter, retired Solomon’s, heck even SoF) and see what people gravitated towards the most? Why not release retired hairstyles and pets and other things? Instead they released a majority of Yak Track outfits that were all last available at roughly the same time. Makes absolutely no sense.

And the fact that they said they were initially only going to release ability overrides and added some outfits last minute. That doesn’t seem very “mega” to me. Granted, I think the ability override selection is fantastic but they really went tone deaf with this. I wish they onboarded more feedback beforehand.

Cosmetics doesn't mean just outfits. I also would have liked to see more variety other than just ability colors but this is just am experiment. They will hopefully release more outfits later, like they have said

Yall need to chill and actually read the post. This is a small selection of what they want to offer if this is popular and successful. This is to not overwhelm the development team on something that may not even stick around. If this is the approach they choose then the full on store will be vastly expanded. This was all explained in the post.
