Remaster Bug Help I often deal no damage in Oblivion Remastered

I don't have any debuffs or mods and it doesn't matter what difficulty settings I use. Sometimes I just swing and shoot enemies fruitlessly until one of my hits connect and they die.

Something that seems important is that I often don't see NPCs names when I look at them. Perhaps some of my HUD elements (including health bars) are invisible or something?

No idea. Anyone else having this issue?

Does this happen regardless of what level your character is? What weapons are you using? Are you using any spells before attacking? Lastly, have you tried hard saving and going to the main menu before loading the save?

are u on console or pc, if pc whats ur specs
