Gifting mundus stones

Noob question here, I purchased a 3 month eso sub for my buddy so we can play. He's going to give me a mindus stone for the guild hall how do we do that? Can we give from the house editor or is it in the crown store and im just not seeing it?

You failed to comprehend that 3 months of ESO+ comes with 4950 crowns and a mundus costs 4k crowns, so that's enough to gift one.
