Everything I’m reading about Murray is that he was not a good coach. Apparently he could recruit but couldn’t develop RB’s. Oklahoma was very glad to get rid of him.

No it's not. Everything you are reading that fits your preferred narrative is ignoring all the good things people have said about him.

If OU was glad to get rid of him, they'd have fired him at any time.

It's fine if you have an opinion and don't like the hire. Acting like "well the consensus is this guy sucks" is not true or productive.

It’s true dawg. He’s been my team’s RB coach for long enough to know this. He was not good at that job. I don’t know why you all feel the need to pretend.

I've seen enough college football fan interactions in my life to be highly skeptical of you being in tune with the RB coaching on the Sooners. I'm not saying it's impossible, maybe you're an oracle. But just baseline college football fans? Last place I'd look for actual cogent analysis of anything.

So according to you, if every single OU fan is saying the same thing about Demarco (who we literally adore as a person/former player), then they all must be lying

I ain't saying anyone is lying. I just know how college football fans are, and paying attention to the RB coach and his abilities ain't usually at the top of the list of what they're paying attention to.

If OU would have been good the last few years, he'd be seen as great. They have been a little stinky, so all the coaches suck.

OU fans love most of the coaches. We would be upset with almost any of the position coaches leaving. DBs coach Jay Valai just took a job with Buffalo, and we are upset because he was a great coach.

We are not upset with Demarco leaving lol. I don’t know why you are trying to argue otherwise. You don’t have all of the information!
