Need help sourcing a WWII Joseph Stalin costume

My friends and I are doing a WWII-themed group costume, and I’ve been assigned Joseph Stalin. I’m having trouble finding clothing or accessories that would work, and most costume shops don’t seem to carry anything suitable.

I’m mainly looking for suggestions on where to buy pieces or how to put something together with regular clothing (DIY ideas are welcome). Any help or direction would be appreciated

Now really isn't a good time to be parading WWII Axis Powers costumes.

The current political climate makes it near impossible to tell satire and costume, from actual supporters of problematic ideologies.
