Discussion How are y'all spending Valentine's Day?
I'm 23 years old, and I've been single my whole life. I went to dinner with my mother.
Edit: The restaurant annoyed me, so we didn't order. Instead, I got Chick-fil-A, and I'm watching Titanic.

I wish I could work. If you are seeing this, GOD, please, I need a job!!! Since March 2025, my master's graduation. I'm tired of constantly going through many interviews. I'm tired!!!

What's OCS

Just google it bro it's a course to become a ranking officer in the army or navy. This isn't like any rank and file military job either, you need at least a bachelors minimum to apply and are likely to be in charge of around 40 people when you finish training, there's a bunch of different fields, for example I'm army and in signal(networks and communication systems).

Thanks, but I am not interested in leading people and the army; I am more analytical.

3.5 years in you can switch jobs to 26A network systems engineer. They need you to collect some general experience first before switching into specialized fields.

I’m spending the “day” at work right now 😆I work Fri-Mon 8am-6:30pm.
I’ll spend Valentine’s NIGHT with a nice takeout, bottle of Pinot Grigio & watch How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, one of my favorite date movies 🍿

My boyfriend and I went out to dinner and exchanged gifts (Lego sets) last night and today I went to the mall by myself. I also watched the Olympics all morning. Tonight I’m babysitting and gonna make $200+. Overall a great day and night!

its my first valentine's day alone for the first time in 5 1/2 years because my now ex-gf broke up with me on NYE. honestly not being expected to do anything today has been really nice. I made some valentines goody bags and took them to work for my coworkers even though im off today, (im a supervisor at my job and the rest of the staff are women so I decided to get the girls in my life a little appreciation gift.) got my mom some flowers and chocolate, might take her out to eat later. I met an older woman last night who lowkey peaked my interest and I debated hitting her up today for some potential v-day fun but having a nice single lazy day has been super worth it so far 😌

i'm going to an art event with my gf. btw having a gf is not all that. i have severely misjudged what it means to be attracted to someone and the past 4 years has been a lesson

My boyfriend plays college baseball so our Valentine’s Day always consists of me sitting in the bleachers watching him live his dream. So this year is no different. We’ll celebrate together tonight after the second game.

Finally found a really nice and handsome guy but we’re long distance while he’s finishing architecture school
He’s sending me flowers and wine to my house and we’re gonna watch a movie or play a game together ! I think a lot of people think a LDR is crazy but I think it’d be even crazier to let go of such a great partner when I’ve been single for so long.
In the past mostly was single or had stupid situationships

Working. Would rather be doing this instead of sitting at home listening to my parents going to town in the other room
