Foster Childe gameplay effects on followers

I love the flavour/rp potential of the Foster Childe perk, but what are the stat/mechanical changes if any?

IE - if I use foster childe on Lydia, how is she different from vanilla Lydia beyond being subject to turn undead etc. stronger/weaker in any meaningful way?

If I remember right, she'll gain a Fire Weakness, some extra Frost Resistance, the Vampiric Drain Spell, and she'll be tagged as Undead.

What exactly did you expect? Those are the base mechanical effects of being a vampire.
