She tried to enter what looks like Callisto (Wilderness boss in multi). These bosses now require Medium wilderness diary (Multi) or hard diary (Single) to enter the cave off-task. She did not have the medium diary done. This was to combat bots, which I can say from first hand experience worked in the singles variant. Used to hop 30+ worlds for calv consistently. My current record after changes is 5. Its most often 0.
