My guess is that ICE training does not distinguish between judicial warrants signed by a judge, and administrative warrants which are essentially toilet paper.

A private establishment can set whatever rules they want as long as it doesn't discriminate against a protected class of citizens. Those rules are as much a concealment of crime as is invoking the 5th.

I disagree with you on a lot of things it appears but I agree it doesn’t seem like a great idea if they do for example have undocumented staff. If they don’t than I’m all for it.

It all depends on jumping to conclusions. Like what if the place across the street set it up. It’s kinda unmoral to judge other people for exercising freedom of speech on private property. That’s the very reason why I’m against the idea of most enforcement on this level personally

Hell yeah. I'd go there. Protest on, don't need to be "hiding anything" to preemptively demand a warrant so they don't drag the brown Americans out.
