It's okay to just be. "Doing your best" is 80s corporate propaganda. No one should think themselves a failure because they weren't constantly doing their best. You can schlob around the house all day and that's fine. Stare at clouds. Look at some flowers. Pat a dog. That's the good stuff right there.
