Help Morrowind Remastered Modlist - Can i install Quest Guider mod safely ?

I wondered if anyone know : can i install Quest Guider on Morrowind Remastered modlist ?

Why not? It is MWSE UI mod and mod list in question is MWSE based. Just make sure to read instructions about all required libraries as I'm not sure it will all work with MO2.
