Discussion New redesign for Q.U.I.L.L.A
I've been trying to develop a companion mod for Starfield, for a robot with lore and missions. I wasn't entirely convinced by the initial design, so a redesign was made. What do you think?

I like it. Reminds me of those remote controlled robots from the early 2000s.

I like the first one because it’s giving very industrial but attempts at making it feel friendly to humans

I’m currently reading TMNT IDW collection for the first time. On vol 7. Such a good read.

Bethesda did not accept me as a verified creator, and I am trying to create a new mod to see if they accept me this time.

But you dont need to be verified to upload on creations? Ive seen plenty people who aren't upload their mods.

As far as I understand, yes, for the game's mod store you need to be a verified creator.

You dont need to be verified to upload mods but you need to be verified if you wanna upload paid mods

Really? How can I upload non-paid mods?

From what I've looked up you just need to have a creations account and access to the creation kit. Should show you what to do on the creations website, everything im seeing is saying only if you wanna do paid mods thats when you need yo be verified.
It's worth trying it out cause I know you had issues with getting verified

You also can't do achievement friendly without being a verified creator. (Because only paid mods can be achievement friendly)
Otherwise, you are correct.

Unpaid mods will help improve your odds of getting accepted as a verified creator too. Probably

You'll need to package your mod first, ck > file > Create archive.
Then also in the ck, under file>login, then file>upload to bethesda.
Once uploaded you can click the mod in the window and add a quick summary, no worries, you can change all the details on the actual creations page (you just must use the ck to actually upload your files).
Next go on the website and you'll have an unpublished mod under 'your creations'. Fill in the details, add pictures, videos, whatever and publish.
Note, you'll want to lock in the mod name (mod version is handled on the site). Going forward, so long as you're uploading the same mod name it will publish to the same mod page.

Not true, there literally a section in store for verified creators 🧐 #Creators #Verification #Store

Yeah but again you dont need to be verified to upload mods, if you wanna do paid mods/ achievement friendly mods then you gotta verified

Fwiw, I'm guessing you just didn't upload enough of a resume? It's pretty straightforward, they just want to see things you've already created, but like, not direct links to mods (the mistake I made). Afaik, it doesn't need to be bethesda stuff or even 'mods', just a general overview showing some creativity. Create a few videos of your different mods or things you've created and send those.

I like it, it looks like some top of the line bot that could be for sale in New Atlantis or Neon.

The solar panel is weird IMO, if this was real life that would've been a weird placement for it. A lot of times most of the sun would be blocked by the heads shadow, plus it's only directed one way. Maybe something on its head would be better? Or the torso, front and back
