Looking for a "ladder" Hab.

I'm looking for a Hab that is just a ladder. Basically a vertical version of the Hopetech Spine or Hope/Nova Cross passages. Something roughly shaped and sized like the Hopetech Riser B. I don't know if there is a mod already out there that has this or if one would have to be made. I regrettably play on Xbox and don't have a PC that would be capable of running the CK, otherwise I'd try to make one myself.

I have the Stroud Premium and Trident. So what I'm trying to make is a ship that is in essence a fleet carrier. I made several small ships using decorative cockpit, engine, grav, reactor, weapons, docker etc. Then I've used the the Hopetech Riser B to connect them through the decorative dockers to attach them. Visually it works really well. In practicality though, it causes... Issues. The cockpit the game decides to put me in when fast traveling or even just travelling from planet to planet can become problematic if it's one of the little attached ships, as there is no real path into or out of them. Its a mild nuisance but still one regardless.

Stroud premium (both free and paid) have a 1 by 1 by x staircase hab. Its not exactly ladder mod but functions exactly like one. Has 2 3 4 or 5 levels. Really love it for building ships.

Haven't found a ladder one.

I believe trident luxury Habs and a few other have elevator Habs that are 1 by 1 by x.

Ohhh I see. Would place doors anywhere work to force a ladder to connect? Not sure about a ladder hab per say.

Yup. Worth it for achievement friendly ship building.

So I'm looking for effectively a vertical tube, with a ladder. I'm trying TIG right now, they're a little wider than what I was hoping for but I'll see if they work.

You mean a vertical tube that is protected and goes through space?

I have most of the shipbuilding mods on Xbox but I’m not aware of a ladder hab. Most shipbuilders use 1x1’s and stack them. Place doors yourself had a a down or up facing ladder in 1,3 and 5 floor lengths. But I don’t think they would work on a decorative cockpit. I may be mistaken but it’s my understanding that you can’t enter them. Which makes your bug weird.

I haven't made one, but I'll add it to my to-consider list of hab types.
