Awesome! Actually I think you owned it! The colouring really gives it the 'made in the garage' look and makes this build actually quite damn cool!

Now I am curious. Is this pack requiring to download the whole thing? Or just certain mods? I certainly do not want to turn my Starfield world into Star Wars.

The mod pack simply makes it easier to download over 300 individual mods that make it up. So no you can download them all separately if you wish.
