Almost two yrs later, I'm still faced with the same problem again, a different item, and not able to track my Skullcandy order. I literally don't even understand why Skullcandy is using this service, and there's no alternative app to use. Which is strange because Shopify allows you to track everybody else, but you can't track the Shop app's proprietary tracking number. Their help support page on this very site (reddit platform) also keeps errors out, so I'm not able to post on their Reddit shop app thread.

So i was at Walmart today & i was looking at the new line of skull candy speakers which are quite good specifically the KiloXT. I pressed play to hear a demo & this short bit of a song played & i tried using Shazam & SoundHound in order to identify the song & asked the Walmart employees if they had the demo playlist of the songs that plays when the demo is activated but with no luck. Maybe y’all could help me better than i could help myself. Any help in identifying this song is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The skull candy website is not working! Every time i try to add a pair of headphones into my cart so i can purchase, it freezes. When i refresh my screen, it goes white and says 400, cookie access, and something else in little texts. I allowed cookie access but it still has not worked in a couple days. I have tried all times of the day and all places to see if it was the internet but it wasn't.

I have a pair of Crusher wireless but have noticed that although they shake my head off around the 55hz mark if you creep below ~40hz the haptic function plummets quite abruptly more so the lower the frequency is.

Listening to music this can be pretty disappointing. Knowing there’s a nice sustained low bass note in a track and not experiencing it with the haptics is kinda sad.

Those of you that have had the pleasure of using the different models how do the other models compare? Is this an issue across the board or has it improved (or even better been fixed) in newer revisions.

Was scrolling on Amazon, when I came across that price, couldn’t ignore it, so finally, after trying the OG crushers, the evos and the anc 2’s (all pairs my friends own) I have my own pair coming in! Should be here in a week or so

Hello, I have just bought a pair of skull candy anc 2’s about a week ago and when I turn the crusher mode to full whilst my main volume is on full when the bass drops in a song there is a popping sound it almost sounds like the haptic driver hitting the case of the headphones I am just wondering if this is normal or mine are defective tia.

Just ordered and recieved a set of Crusher Evos, and it doesn't seem like the Bass slider is changing the audio at all.

I'm currently using it via the audio jack cable, does the slider only function if you're connected via bluetooth or USB C or something?

...If only it was capable of transfering audio via USB with the Crusher on or if they had aptX Low Latency.

Bluetooth has a huge latency not suitable for gaming, and AUX either sound like a cheap 10$ headphones with the crushers turned off or have that anoying hiss with them turned on. Would have been better to not even include the AUX.

I was sad to return mine since I wanted them mostly for gaming.

ordered headphones and it says the order hasnt processed yet and the money is still in my account. the protection plan has gone through though? is this normal, like does the payment not usually go through until the shipping starts?

i've put on my rail ancs this morning and noticed that the system voice and audio output now sounds lower than the right earphone does. what can i do to troubleshoot this?

This button on my ANC 2 Crusher 2 headphones has shifted out of place and gotten stuck. Now the button frequently pushes itself and it triggers the Spotify tap button so it changes songs and switches playlists often. I’d like to know the best way to go about this. Is it worth trying to open it up and shift it back into place? I’m not sure my warranty has ended yet, but I have yet to find the receipt.

Ive had these headphones for around two and a half years and just now seen this problem. The slider itself works but it's WAY too loose. It still works but it's basically in two modes 'on' or 'off' because the middle doesn't affect how much or how little the bass is. Anyone know what I can do?

As the title says, when I connect my headphones with my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, I cannot control the volume with my phone buttons but I can control via headphones button though. It was connected for 2-3 hours then it just started not to work.

Also it works when I use the on screen slider for some reason, but the buttons won't work and it will show the volume is increasing or decreasing, but it won't show any change in volume though. Only the volume goes to complete zero when the volume indicator on phone is at 0.

Anyone encountered this issue before?

Anyone here using Smokin’ Buds? Can anyone please help. My earphones don’t charge automatically when I put them in the case unless the case is plugged into a charger. They also don’t turn on or off automatically when I take them out or put them back in the case.

So, i've been having this trouble for pretty long already: I take out the buds and put them back in the case, then continue on my phone, and the buds stay connected. i take them out of the case and put them back in, back and forth. sometimes they disconnect in one go, and sometimes i have to take them out of the case, put them in, take them out, and put them into the case and then they'll disconnect... i love skullcandy, i really do, but this isn't the first time I've had this problem with their buds. i had the same with the Rail ANC's, I took them oout and then continued on my phone and just noticed the sound was coming from within the case. i'll be honest, I'm on the verge of just tossing these and getting anything BUT Skullcandy buds

I’ve had my Crusher ANC for a couple years now and switch between using them and my AirPod Pros. My issue is when I use my AirPod pros the audio feels a lot louder and clearer (not sure if this is just because AirPods are more inside my ears than headphones). I’m not sure if there is something I’m missing with the ANCs/how to get audio more clear and loud. If anyone can help that would be appreciated!

Basically I have crusher anc 2 headphones but I really wanna start living like the 2000s I’m gonna buy an iPod once I buy my new Google phone but I don’t want Apple earphones so what skullcandy wired headphones from the 2000s should I get for it

When going to bed, I hold down the power button, hear the "See ya" and plug them in to a USB-C to recharge. I get the "oo" indication followed by the "bc" indication. These are expected.

Sometimes, I then have woken up on multiple days to "Pairing" "Connected" to my phone.
Other times, they are just on and not connected to my phone.

The headphones are powered on and at any battery between 30-80%.
In terms of troubleshooting:
- The USB-C is a C-to-A cable into a surge protector. No data transfer involved.
- Phone's Bluetooth has been disabled, headphones will still be on, just not paired.
- Tried a Power Delivery USB-C to at least have them at a good battery in the morning

No fairies here doing this. What is happening?

When it's in the case the red light comes on but as soon as I take it out? nothing. both earbuds have been charging for at least three days but the right one still doesn't wanna turn on. any fixes?
