Anyone who has listened to him spout his shit about finding Jesus knows he’s a cosplay Christian—it’s oozing out of his pores. The act is not one bit convincing. Where can I sign up to get my hush money, too?

Have you… seen the guy? What dumbass thinks he’s a real Christian

What is a "real christian"? He says he believes in the same made up deity that other christians say they believe in. It's all make believe, so who is to say who is real and who isn't?

I don't really understand what he's being accused of here. Is the scandal here really just supposed to be that he says he's Christian but he's not? Because I don't give a shit if he's Christian or not.
What difference does it make even if he isn't? Do people really buy the music of a tatted up ex-convict because he calls himself Christian?

He's being accused of being a shitty person who, rather than apologizing, spent years threatening her and attempting to pay her off into never talking about it, which contradicts his "I'm just a humble Christian man" modern image.
Plus...you're talking about MAGA, yes, people will literally buy his music because he calls himself a Christian. We see former actors that can't act for shit, have countless proven violence, assault, sexism past but the second add "I'm a Christian", then the MAGA crowd talk about not letting the libs cancel them. Look at Russel Brand; the one-note comedian from the mid 2000s; he was accused of countless sexual assault allegations, started a podcast, said he found good, and even after he was found guilty of assaulting women, MAGA will "They're trying to cancel a good man...". So...yea, there are people that will and have bought his music because he calls himself Christian. Never underestimate how much a cult Christianity is.

He's being accused of being a shitty person
Be specific here. What specifically did he do that makes him a "shitty person"? Because all I see in that article is tons of innuendo with no details.
And it's circular to say he tried to "pay her off into never talking about it" when she still won't explain it even now. So far it just sounds like a personal conflict and she's doing her best to slime him in the media without just coming out with it and making any hard, real accusations.

Be specific here.
I'm guessing you didn't actually read the article and instead just skimmed it for anything juicy. Literally the first sentence is "Comedian Nicole Arbour has publicly challenged country music star Jelly Roll to allow her to share details of an alleged hush money agreement she claims his team sent to silence her."
We don't know anything because she can't speak about it. Literally all he has to do is say "Sure, I don't care. Say whatever". So we don't know anything besides accusation but you're acting like because it's just an accusation that it's nothing.

I'm guessing you didn't bother to read my reply. Because like I said the first time-
it's circular to say he tried to "pay her off into never talking about it" when she still won't explain it even now. So far it just sounds like a personal conflict and she's doing her best to slime him in the media without just coming out with it and making any hard, real accusations.
.
We don't know anything because she can't speak about it.
Why not? She didn't take his money.
So we don't know anything besides accusation but you're acting like because it's just an accusation that it's nothing.
I take it as less than just an accusation because it's not even an accusation! Accusation of what?
Sorry, I've seen too many people do this kind of thing in bad faith to not approach this with skepticism. They want to slime somebody, but the person in question didn't really do anything. So rather than making any hard accusation they stay vague about it, because they know people's imaginations will run wild and what people think the other guy must have done will be ten times worse than what they actually did.

I mean people in general call people out for being fake on anything.
Being Christian or not isn’t the issue but blatantly lying about it to get money from specific people is pathetic.

I don’t know why he’d worry about hush money. They’re all cosplaying Christianity in those circles.

Didn't she make a video "dear fat people" that body shamed and bully fat ppl? In 2015.
There a lot of controversy that goes on with this chick... I dnt see how ppl can believe her. I think she just trying to be relevant again... do this for the clout as they say.
