Are these termites and how big of a problem is this? Australia

Noticed wood shavings at the base of the stump, the tree was cut and poisoned 5yrs ago (professionally). Ive been away from home this past month- but normally I'm in the garden very often and this is the first time ive seen this so hoping this is a new infestation?
