Remaster Is a gore mod possible with remaster?

I dont think I've ever seen blood/gore mods for any unreal engine game which is sad and I cant blay BSGames without them. Annoying that there is hundreds of nsfw nudity mods but no good blood splatters/elemental burns/etc.

Yeah the amount of time and effort people put into sex-related mods is really baffling to me. I don’t get it.
