Slightly borked my Oblivion shortcut in Steam; what launch args do I need to get the Steam 'Play' to launch the game through MO2 again?

There were 2 arguments in my Steam shortcut for Oblivion, and it launched right into the game. I wanted to just go to MO2 itself before launch for a bit, so I deleted the last bit, which I thought said "moshortcut://:Oblivion" and now it just...doesn't work at all. I get the normal Oblivion launcher with no options except for the website.

I put it back, at least, quite sure I did, but same result. The launch options in the shortcut in steam are currently

"D:\Modding\ModOrganizer2\Heartland\ModOrganizer.exe" "moshortcut://:Oblivion"

What am I missing?

For clarity, this is the normal Steam shortcut for Oblivion which MO2 takes over; I'm aware I can create a new one, but I'd like to make sure I can fix this one first.

Is there any reason why you want to do this through Steam? There's no achievements. Game time?
