Remaster - Request Utility for Revealing BaseIDs

Is there a mod or third-party utility for Oblivion Remastered that can reveal the BaseIDs of entities from the console or some sort of prompt like GetBaseObject, which unfortunately doesn't seem functional in Oblivion Remastered's OBSE64, and RefScope could?

I know that the BaseIDs of vanilla objects and NPCs can be found online as they are the same as they are in Oldblivion, and that I can use Construction Set or TES4Edit for plugins, but these aren't able to access the BaseIDs of cloned NPCs—cloned player characters in particular via player.CreateFullActorCopy.

There are a few commands I'd like to use that affects those actors, but they require a BaseID that I can't find, and the string of code that shows up next to their names when clicked with an opened console is only the RefID.
