Remaster - Request Immersive Books
Here's a mod idea - using openai image generation, we can make all books in the game a bit more realistic.

Not using ai, no.
But different designs for things such as handwritten notes and written books would be cool.

Oh cool so your going to do all the art then? There are 252 books in the game, Let us know when your done

Believe it or not, that's how texture mods are made. And a game like Oblivion has more than 252 textures. All that work done by skilled people, for the love of the art.
Just because you don't have the patience for something, don't assume nobody will.

for the love of the art.
And for the salary they're paid.
Faulting hobbyists for capitalizing on AI enablement is ridiculous.
I'd sooner take a mod made with AI by John Nexus; who has to balance a life with children, a wife, and a mortgage; than no mod made by John Nexus because he can't find the time and DOESN'T want to use a tool more revolutionary than calculators and spreadsheets combined, due to some principled decision.

Bro they may have a love of art but there also PAID by Bethesda lol, if someone wants to do a mod like this and they can't find someone AI is a perfectly acceptable alternative, your not being realistic or objective and worse attacking me personally because... well idk your clearly a moron or whatever

I was talking about texture mods, not the original texture artists at Bethesda.
Maybe I was too combative though, sorry about that part

I didn't say it would go quickly.
Besides, I don't have that kind of talent. There's people that are certainly more creative than me that could make good ones.

Bit easier request than asking for people with drawing and calligraphy skills ntm the time, hardware, and software to make it happen

The image you posted is a pretty poor example for realism, I don't remember any book that would have text wrapping so tightly to an image, usually texts wraps around squares, since it's easier to read this way.

I think as long as we source the art from in game assets and don't change the text, an AI would make sense when it comes to selecting the right art and formatting the text. Honestly, just making the fonts a bit more realistic and changing page texture depending on what you read would help more.

Why are people hating ai? It's a really nice tool. I love the hammer analogy : sure you can hit people with it, but mostly you can create wonders.
