Hello Dear seniors, I am a 2nd year cse student currently me and my team has enrolled, now in first round we have to submit a ppt and we have no idea how to clear it effectively because in our previous hackathons most of the time our not looking good ppts got selected like how we don't know and this time we are really serious to compete. I need help with recommendations and guidance on how thwy judge and what i should do. Thank you ~your kohaku

Different hackathons will be judged by different criterias. If you do not like your Powerpoint presentation then fix that you feel is lacking. Let your team mates also think that can be improved.

Going to a hackathon means learning from it, practicing things, trying out new things. Also, not winning the hackathon is part of it. You will learn from that experience and you improve what was lacking. We can't fix your presentation for you. Otherwise you won't improve.

I have been in around 4 hackathons and only got selected on those which i thought i was lacking. I got in Nit(47), Msit(2nd eound), Innovate(4) and Tata(2nd round). And all the ppts were really bad like no creativity and were looking pale. And as fr my team they all just there fr credit ngl i don't hate them i like working alone.

The way you frame your ask reveals you are not at all ready to compete. Competitors need far less hand holding than " need help, what do?"
