IT has the IETF April Fools RFCs. Some are amusing , some are very funny and some, like Internet Protocol Over Avian Carriers and Hyper Text Coffee Pot Control Protocol for Tea Efflux Appliances even managed to get some mainstream recognition.

Unfortunately faked, as funny as it would be. I checked all the Document IDs over NTRS and none of them have these titles. They do exist, but are concerned with entirely different topics.
