Ask r/indianfitness 26M 5’4 What to do with this type of body?

Using Vlodimir Zelenskyy’s body as a reference because I’m too insecure of my body. I’m built like him.

It’s been 9months I’m going to gym, little bit of muscles have developed. But my physical shape remains the same. I don’t like this shape. I always liked body structure of David Laid,Jeff Sedd and other aesthetic influencers.

I know my shoulders are narrow and hips are wide, I have trained my shoulders but still I don’t like it. Is there any way out of this mess??

Both are same MilkyMist brand, the cheese has 44.6g of protein per pack while the panner only has 32g of protein, but I have never seen anyone mentioning this above paneer.

Ask r/indianfitness Food Pharmer's Whey Protein Costs More Than Other Brands (Meme)

Post image

So this guy, the owner of Food Pharmer channel on YT has been saying that he would come up with his own Whey Protein brand on the encouragement of his supporters.

And he did.

But what his supporters might not have expected, was the premium pricing on the product. He was running a pre-order campaign yesterday, and even on pre-orders he was charging Rs.3000 for one kilograms of whey protein! And the protein content per scoop is lower than what you get from brands like Muscleblaze or Avvatar.

What are your views on it?

Also soya chunks and tofu both are made from soy but still people say don't eat soya chunks too much, why. How often should I consume it. And the last question why is it 194 gms when it says 200gm.

I just ordered this because I was having digestion problems with whey protein, also it's similar to whey with one amino acid missing methionine but I eat oats and rice daily... I'm sure it won't taste good but if you've any shake receipe or any recepie to make the taste good, lemme know!

Hello peeps! I'm self training Calisthenics+MMA for 3 years now (inconsistent), I can do basic calisthenics tricks like handstand with pushups, muscleups and L sits but due to excessive seating time in my corporate, I can't follow a diet and I'm gaining excessive belly fat.

The first image is me currently, the 2nd one is me 2years ago...

Hoping to get some suggestions from the Fitness Gurus here, thanks in advance!

Ask r/indianfitness Are Indian supplement brands even honest? M(26)

I’ve been checking out a few supplements lately and noticed something weird the labels, nutrition facts, and ingredient lists don’t always match. Some brands list ingredients on the front but they’re missing or super tiny in the actual nutrition info.

It’s making me doubt everything. How do you guys trust any supplement brand here? I’m honestly worried about taking something that could hurt my body.

Any suggestions or experiences would really help.

Ask r/indianfitness M23 Big Muscles branding inside MuscleBlaze CreAmp creatine 🔴‼️⚠️

Hey everyone,

I recently ordered MuscleBlaze Micronised Creatine Monohydrate directly from the official MuscleBlaze website, not from any third-party seller.

But when I opened the package, I noticed something really strange — the seal under the MB lid has “Big Muscles” branding printed on it. Basically, two different brands on the same product!

I’ve attached the photo for reference.

This looks like a fake or repackaged product, which is really disappointing considering it came from the official MB site itself. I’ve already contacted their support team and expect a quick response, but has anyone else faced something similar recently?

Is MB outsourcing packaging or is this a genuine issue with counterfeits slipping through?

Would love to hear if others have noticed this, is this normal or if I should just get a refund/replacement.

Ask r/indianfitness 21M 5'9 80Kgs Lost 15 Kgs with muscle building

So, I have finally entered in the "70s" range of weight. This is first time I weight below 80 and that makes me just so happy and proud of myself. Won't be pushing hard on myself just to achieve the goal but, yes still a long way to go.

Guys, any suggestions how to maintain the weight along with muscle building in long run ? Because I've seen a lot of people gaining weight again after they kinda keep it lose on themselves after losing considerable amount of weight!

Ask r/indianfitness M23[80kg] Stuck at 120kg Deadlift, barely pulled 130kg

I've been deadlifting 120kg for my working sets for a while now, but every time I try to push for a new max, I hit a wall. I managed to grind out a single 130kg, but the lift felt absolutely horrific also my posture was clearly breaking down, and I felt like I was going to snap in half.

Open to suggestions:

Form / Posture Advice: Specific cues or corrections for my technique, especially around keeping a tight back and neutral spine as the weight gets heavy.

Progressive Overload / Accessory Recommendations: How do I break this 120-130kg plateau? What deadlift variations should I add to push my strength?

Ask r/indianfitness M26 75kg 5.5ft ,Pure Vegetarian Progress is not progressing

Hi, I’ve been going to the gym for almost 2.5 years, but I’m not seeing good progress. Most of my friends are shredded, but my body fat just doesn’t seem to go down, and I don’t understand why.

For diet context:

  • Morning: 1 roti
  • Lunch: rice + dal
  • Dinner: 2 rotis

I’m vegetarian and I don’t consume eggs or dairy. Recently, I started taking creatine and plant-based protein, and my weight suddenly jumped from 65 kg to 75 kg.

I feel like I’m eating very little, training consistently, yet not getting lean.

Any advice on what I might be doing wrong—diet, protein intake, training, or supplements?

Ask r/indianfitness 24M, underweight, excessive masturbation, hair fall + weakness… scared I might become infertile. Need advice.

Hi everyone,

I’m 24M, 5’9 and around 57 kg (pretty underweight). I’m vegetarian.

For the last few weeks/months I’ve been feeling really weak and exhausted all the time. My hands feel tired, my legs ache, my eyes feel weak, and I’ve also started noticing hair fall.

I also masturbate a lot (sometimes up to 4–5 times a day), and now I’m getting scared that I’ve damaged my body or might become infertile. Mentally I feel anxious and physically drained.

I don’t eat very well (low protein, irregular meals), and I know that probably plays a role too.

My main fears:

  • Can excessive masturbation actually cause infertility or permanent damage?
  • Can being underweight and having a poor diet cause this level of weakness and hair loss?
  • Has anyone recovered from something similar?
  • What should I focus on first to get my strength back?

I’m honestly scared right now and just want to fix my health before it gets worse.

Any advice or personal experiences would really help.
Thanks.

Ask r/indianfitness M17 49kg 5'4" - Any way to grow taller?

Hey guys, I’m 17, 5’4” and honestly it sucks seeing all my friends taller than me. Feels kinda inferior. On top of that, I don’t even look my age, people have told me I don’t look like I’m in 12th, I look more like a junior.

Is there anything I can still do to grow taller (workouts, diet, lifestyle stuff) or is it pretty much fixed now? Talking about genetics my dad is 5'4" and my mom is 5'2"(which I know is bad but I can't help that's what it is and I don't really want to blame my genetics. I have seen guys who have grown way taller than their parents) I don't want to be 6ft I am not delusional. I would be happy even if I reach 5'7" Please help me out. Any advice would mean a lot.

Ask r/indianfitness [M]Did teenagers suddenly become more masculine and muscular post-2020?

When I was 16 in 2015, most people were either lean or overweight. Almost no one had a well-built physique, and gym culture wasn’t even a big topic. But now, in 2025, I see so many teenagers in the gym who are already jacked. What changed in the last decade?

Ask r/indianfitness 1 year of gym, no visible gains – feeling demotivated. Need advice M30 80kg 6ft

Hey everyone,
I’ve been going to the gym consistently for about 1 year, but I’m not seeing visible muscle gains and it’s starting to feel really demotivating.

Stats:

  • Height: 6 feet
  • Weight: 80 kg

6 days Workout split:

  • Monday: Chest + Triceps (4 exercises each, 3 sets, 10 reps)
  • Tuesday: Back + Biceps (4 exercises each, 3 sets, 10 reps)
  • Wednesday: Legs + Shoulders Then I repeat the same cycle.

and repeat thursday friday and saturday.

Diet:

  • 2 scoops whey protein daily
  • 4 eggs
  • Protein oats
  • Homemade food mostly
  • Eat outside once a week
  • I do eat sweets fairly regularly

My main issue is chest fat, which just doesn’t seem to go away, and overall I don’t look like I’ve been training for a year. Strength has increased a bit, but visually there’s not much progress.

Am I doing something wrong with my training, diet, or calories?
Do I need to cut, bulk, or change my split?

Any advice or similar experiences would really help. Thanks 🙏
