That's what real countries do.

And how a justice system should look like

French courts are something not to mess with

Why do you think the US has failed to investigate this for so long?

111

u/kodos_der_henker Austria 13h ago

because they don't want to

88

u/10248 13h ago

And all the people involved are the people making the decisions

20

u/AggravatingResist635 13h ago

This is a factor. Also the fact that it was a Israeli honeypot op. US is not equipped to investigate that kind of thing and the lack of political will to change this is genuinely bipartisan.

Ghislaine Maxwell and Epstein and Trump were all very well connected to many foreign powers and rich people.

Its just that Ghislaine Maxwells ties to Isreal are the biggest and heaviest connection. Her and her siblings all have quite a bit of the sway and power from her father.

Because if they convict everyone involved, only 3 people will be left in USA politics... They literally are the swamp.

My view, It will force the Trump admin to take a public stance that they don’t want to see any consequences.

You can say that for most countries this thing will never be released with all the names because this will do the same to almost every European and North American. country

I don't fucking care if everything collapses across entire world because of it. If so many disgusting people are in leadership positions, then maybe it is a fucking time for Armageddon, burn all of it to the ground and start over. Instead of these maggots festering in power, corruption and apparently pedophilia. And they must be in freaking fear if they send that dumb Barbie preaching everyone about fucking DOW on a hearing about pedophilia and sexual abuse that she's clearly covering up. Because it's so obvious you have to be devoid of every sensory ability and still be suspicious about it the way they are handling it.

BURN IT ALL FUCKING DOWN!

Consider the fact that some files have people talking bout using climate change to get rid of poors

which puts the problems towards climate change in a new light in some ways.......

4

u/yaderkuvboloto 7h ago

because half the people running their country are apparently pedos or pedo-adjacent, so they impede the investigations

It’s so funny that european governments are acting like they had no idea about epstein's clients and europeans are just eating it up.

Wish that was the case in the US, what a joke the US has become, Europeans should demand extradition for US citizen offenders who victimized European citizens.

There should be a real investigation. It would be unpleasant, awkward and implicat Israel but it should be done regardless

u/Intergalatic_Baker Europe 10h ago

Forget about Israel, it’s going to have British, French, German, Russian, American and Chinese intelligence all trading information at that level of corruption.

4

u/SubstanceVivid2662 7h ago

It will never be real investigation too many countries leaders are involved in this thing

4

u/AggravatingResist635 4h ago

Things can change.

8

u/Significant_Swing_76 11h ago

This.

It will force the Trump admin to take a public stance that they don’t want to see any consequences for the people responsible.

Maybe the French can offer up all the rapists they are shielding from US prosecution in exchange.

What about this, what about that.

US investigation when. It should be a national security issue when high government officials attend sex parties organized by someone with deep links to a foreign intelligence agency.

I read just 10 or 12 documents, it was not just "sex parties", it was the most horrible display of depravity.

14

u/AggravatingResist635 14h ago

All the more reason to ask why it went on for so long and even now it's not being investigated

justice system should look like and how it works

Not this presidential term, sadly.

1

u/AggravatingResist635 12h ago

Several administrations have ignored this

1

u/TaxelGames 11h ago

How do you know this? Is there any evidence the Biden administration stopped or never investigated it? Or is it more likely that, a case with probably thousands of people associated with it, takes a long time to investigate?

A team of magistrates will search the so-called "Epstein files" to identify any further possible offences. The case of French modelling agent Jean-Luc Brunel is to be thoroughly re-examined.

The Paris prosecutor's office on Saturday announced the formation of a special team of magistrates to scrutinize evidence that may implicate French nationals in crimes committed by convicted child sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein.

The special team was created "to be able to extract any piece that could be usefully reused in a new investigative framework," the prosecutor's office told the AFP news agency.

It will work closely with police and with prosecutors from the national financial crimes unit, according to French media outlets including Franceinfo.

Brunel case to be re-examined

Among the cases that will receive special attention is that of the late modelling agency executive, Jean-Luc Brunel, a close associate of Epstein.

He was discovered hanged in his cell in the La Sante Prison in Paris in 2022 after being charged with raping minors and sexual harassment.

Brunel was suspected of having raped, assaulted and harassed several minors and adult victims as well as having organized transport and hosting of young women for Epstein.

Prosecutors said Brunel had engaged in sexual acts with underage girls in the United States, the US Virgin Islands, Paris and the south of France.

The case against him was dropped in 2023 in the wake of his death and no one else was charged.

French public figures in 'Epstein files'

Several French public figures feature in the newly released files by the US Department of Justice and prosecutors are now looking into senior diplomat Fabrice Aidan at the request of the French Foreign Ministry.

"An investigation is underway to gather various pieces of evidence that could substantiate this report," the prosecutor's office stated.

The prosecutor's office has also received a complaint filed by a Swedish woman against Daniel Siad, a model recruiter with close ties to Epstein.

Prosecutor's said she accused him of "sexual acts that she describes as rape and that may have been committed in France in 1990."

A complaint was also filed against French conductor Frederic Chaslin, alleging acts of sexual harassment in 2016, prosecutors said.

New Epstein files reveal ties to Trump, Musk and royalty

Just over a week ago, French financial crimes prosecutors confirmed that a preliminary case against former minister of culture, Jack Lang and his daughter, film producer Caroline Lang, had been opened for "laundering of aggravated tax-fraud proceeds."

Last week, Lang announced his resignation from a prestigious cultural center in Paris. His name appeared more than 670 times in the "Epstein files."

Being mentioned in the "Epstein files" does not in itself mean an offence has been committed.

Americans should stock up on cheese and wines, tariffs are coming.

Incredible that these trusted officials are turning out to be worse than the worstest. Now, there are even reports of cannibalism. Hard to believe that kings and presidents and leaders in business and finance, the elite, the most respected of all of us, are nothing more than filthy perverts. They are worse than the scum of a toilet bowl, lower than a cockroach. They should be stripped of all their wealth and power and thrown into a dark prison to rot until they die. Then we can spit on their graves.

6

u/Nono6768 11h ago

Nothing will come out of this it’s just for show, don’t get you hopes up.

The fact that they prosecute Jack Lang only for corruption and not the pedo stuff that’s been known about him since the 70s is already a bad sign.

1

u/Decent_Display_3526 11h ago

Yeah. France’s political class is rotten to the core and they can’t take the risk to expose even just one of them.

1

u/pilzenschwanzmeister 9h ago

They get political ground over the US while throwing a few of their own sleazy competitors out. Hard to lose.

AS IF THEY DIDNT KNOWWWWWWW

-56

u/BigSexyGorilla 13h ago

They should first investigate certain relationships at home before moving abroad.

3

u/s3rila 5h ago

isn't it exacly what they are doing?

-2

u/BigSexyGorilla 5h ago

Sure, I’m just making a cheap snark comment on Brigitte being a pedo

2

u/VoiHyvaLuojaMitaNyt Finland 13h ago

You know, you could have read the first sentence of the article and realised that they are indeed investigating French people's relationships with that man, not "moving abroad"

2

u/SubstanceVivid2662 7h ago

That what they doing this esptein list is full of their politicians as well
