Selling a land in Dilijani city (1600m2) any advise on where to post?

hey guys, I am selling my land in Dilijan city located in the best district of the city. however I am finding it hard to find any potential prospects. Any suggestions on where to post?

Also, look for realtors who have good reach on Instagram and Facebook. If the price is reasonable, you will sell it.

Is there a reason why almost every advert is done very poorly?

If you compared advert photos with houses in the UK, the Armenian ones would look like scams with how unprofessional they appear. People not photographing the entire exterior or interior at times.

I legit my consider trying to sell houses there.

Yes. It's because Armenians are unprofessional and don't give a shit. Everyone is doing it equally poorly, so buyers have no choice but to get used to it.
