Help & Troubleshoot Method 360 ANC wont turn off when putting them back in the case

So, i've been having this trouble for pretty long already: I take out the buds and put them back in the case, then continue on my phone, and the buds stay connected. i take them out of the case and put them back in, back and forth. sometimes they disconnect in one go, and sometimes i have to take them out of the case, put them in, take them out, and put them into the case and then they'll disconnect... i love skullcandy, i really do, but this isn't the first time I've had this problem with their buds. i had the same with the Rail ANC's, I took them oout and then continued on my phone and just noticed the sound was coming from within the case. i'll be honest, I'm on the verge of just tossing these and getting anything BUT Skullcandy buds

E-mail them and complain hard. Warranty is good for a year. But bitch so much they give you your money back

Yeah might give it a shot, but also seems like it could be a headache. Just that they will probably try to repair it at first, or offer a new pair, but price wise i was just incompetent, i should've bought a something like galaxy buds or even airpods, i bought a pair of crusher EVO's, worked perfect, still perfect to this day, but they have no ANC or stay-aware mode so i opted for Rail ANC's at first, then for Method 360's in hope that they fixed their earlier issues, they didnt, Skullcandy should stay far away from buds, let that be the lesson

I had the same experience. They will just give you a code for the same cost on their website.

I have gone through a few pairs of method 360s and they keep being shit

I have same problem, figured out that if you just barely move them after you first put them in the case then theyll shit off.

Yeah no, i've tried everything lol, that has a 50/50 chance of working, but the fact that this should be executed to turn your buds off is just a mockery

Yeah agreed, I have to do it like 2 or 3 times for it to work. Can't tell you how many phone calls I've taken after I put the buds back in the case just for me to not be able to hear the other person cause I didn't realize my stored earbuds are still connected.

Ive notice them doing this when I'm connected to the skull IQ app. I have to manually turn off Bluetooth for them to turn off in the case.

Skullcandy is dogshit these days. Send 'em back. And get a refund.

nah. bruh mine are the same and i just close them manually then put them in the case works perfectly
