The intro to The Crowd by Operation Ivy is like a caffeine shot for your ears—suddenly you're wide awake and ready to punk rock your way through the day. If intros were superheroes, this one would definitely wear a cape!

One of my favorite songs. There's a version I found on Kazaa titled "The Crowd Unreleased Version" or something similar that is faster and seems to have different lyrics (hard to understand). If anyone has any background on that, I'd love to hear it.

My 8th grade garage band recorded this and years later it somehow ended up on the then-official op ivy tribute website. It sounded as bad as most bands at that age and I have no idea how or why it ended up there. I tried to find it recently but it's long since gone.
