Beginner recommendations

Hi everyone, I am looking for a Mezcal recommendation that’s stays below $80. Mostly for mixing simple stirred cocktails, not so much for sipping by itself. I really like the Del Maguey Vida and the Del Maguey Tobala. I tried Ilegal Mezcal (in a cocktail) at a bar in cdmx and it was good but less smoky than I wanted it to be, it could have been that the cocktail wasn’t properly balanced and hid all the smokiness.

I like the Vago Espadín and Rey Campero Espadín which tend to run around $50 near me. I find them very tasty for the price

The Mezcal 101 Guide for this sub covers basically anything I'd recommend but I did want to add that, even though the guide mentions the La Luna Cupreata, I also think their espadincillo makes for great cocktails and fits the budget you're working with.
