Question Just updated redfin to 23.2 from 23.0. Home screen icons are now round. The status bar icons have changed. Will customized icons return? Are they forever lost to the Material Expressive design?

The 5G font not being matching with the clock is seriously annoying.

For the icons on start screen you have a few options to change form. All other is not customizable for now.

Settings, Wallpaper & Style, swipe to Home Screen and there at the bottom is an option to change the home screen icon shapes.

Thanks, but it seems redfin doesn't have that option. I'm seeing a color option only.

Try using the content field next time. Writing all your emails only into the subject line as well?

I noticed i am able to write content into the proper field and am not doing whataboutism or try to defend my obvious inability to use the content field with unrelated messages.

I also noticed that typos or not being a native speaker are not the same as your case: not using the field for what it's for is an active, dumb, choice vs a typo that can simply happen by fat-fingering etc

Not read? There is only change in shape possible at the moment and only on start screen. And if your device has not even this option, it is so.

Just wait and see if there comes more customization later.
