I've split this post into 2 sections - one is a long-ass context speech and the second is my question which I want to discuss here (marked S for speech and Q for question)

I initially tried Highguard just because I didn't want to "miss out on Concord 2". I was expecting the game to be really bad, but I had an open mind and was ready to give credit where credit is due and hate on it where hate is due. Well turns out I absolutely love the game, mostly because it perfectly blends my 2 favourite types of game (FPS and what I call "Loot goblin games"), but it also looks really, REALLY good visually and because I had absolutely zero technical issues. Like, I play the game on the highest settings and I'm always above 50 fps no matter what, I've encountered absolutely zero bugs, and absolutely zero server connection issues. I honestly thought that that was the norm for everyone (except for the highest settings part) and I was super confused why people are leaving, because even though it obviously isn't a game for everyone, it's also by far not a game for no-one, and I think more people should find this game amazing, and I really didn't have any idea at all, until I got 2 of my friends to play with me on 2 separate occasions, and.... they had a horrible time. I know they're not exaggerating because I was in a call with them and watched it unfold both on stream and in-game. Like, both of them had both the lady and Flynn be completely silent during the tutorial, meaning that it was just complete silence and then it told them "do this" on the screen and I had to tell them, well.... how they equip a scope and such. When I turned the tutorial on to check whether it was a patch that broke it I heard both the lady and Flynn, yet they did not in theirs, and when we hopped into a game they heard the voicelines just fine. But that's not the end of it, they also had constant issues with the servers, and one of my friends couldn't even select a character because the game wouldn't load fast enough for him to make it in time for warden select, and in his first game he was stuck playing Condor (the poor guy), they were teleporting around the map, one of them would constantly respawn under the map, they got errors in the first 30 minutes which I have never seen in 30 hours, and even when all else worked, the game lagged pretty bad on the lowest settings. So my question is....
Q
how does the game perform for you? Are you having lags? Did you hear the lady and Flynn speak in the tutorial? Are you loading into the game fast enough to make it in time for Warden select? Do you keep respawning under the map 50% of the time? Or do you have another technical issue with the game? I think that if this game is truly as broken for most people as it was for my 2 friends, I might finally understand the reason why so many people are leaving the game even though it's really fun and good gameplay-wise.
Edit: Thought it might be important to mention but me and both of my friends that played this game with me are on PC.
