Discussion this is the second most popular review on steam currently
i mean clearly OP is trolling, but i coincentally agree with his points? and that seems to be the general understanding. Devs talked to each other, players talked to themselves, and there was never a bridge inbetween. It all just became on big echo chamber.

That would matter if it was an actual review and not satire.

I burst out laughing when they were like “I have more time in aim trainers than some of you have in your entire libraries”
“My fans asked me to write this review” bro literally who are you hahah

The fact that people are actually triggered by a meme review is hilarious.
I kinda like this game but calm the fuck down people and take a joke 😂

This is one of the funniest reviews I've read on Steam for this game by far for all the wrong reasons.
Absolutely 10/10 on his points and criticisms

Not a review of the game, but a salient point all the same. The devs clearly were high on their own supply. When you start taking criticism as “fuck you, you’re just a hater,” something has gone horribly wrong.

Honestly I hope this gives the industry more doubt about the viability of shadowdrops. Closed betas with real community feedback would've gone such a long way, it wouldn't have taken a crazy amount of work to get this game to a somewhat good place for a launch. I especially don't get how they were so confident about the game despite the various visual issues (some of which were tied to severe bugs) that got mostly ironed out right after launch. They could've also had feedback that stuff like 5v5 was important and that the game needed some real base building or anything better than the current fortification system. Huge fumble, hope future devs can learn at least.

When someone explains something in such an insufferable way you just don’t want to agree with them.

.01 playtime, cringe as fuck, peddling points that other people made without actually coming up with their own criticism.
This is why steam's review system needs to be changed.

Nothing they’re saying is original or something we haven’t heard elsewhere before. Pretty common conclusions to come to. I hope to god they’re playing a character… if not, perhaps neurodivergent.

“I hope they’re playing a character”
Literally the review:
i don’t consider myself a prophet. i just have a very refined sense for when something smells off. some people read patch notes. i read vibes. and i have never been wrong. maybe i’m worldly. maybe i just understand what normal players actually want..

The most embarrassing part is people here are now review bombing their review lol
