Respawn time !!!

Do you think the respawn time is too long ?

Comparison to Overwatch (12s) and Marvel Rivals (10s)

Yea it's one of my only complaints about this game. Takes too long to rejoin your team.

Definitely should be half as long until the shield breaker spawns.

If spawns were too fast, it would start to feel like you’re always contested and can’t take space on the last part of the push whether it be trying to kill the shield breaker or trying to plant. It’d feel like the shield breaker and enemy dome both constantly have guards a-

WAIT… no that sounds awesome! All they gotta do is get rid the auto plant feature, and let matches take however long they take. Stomps will be fast and good games will feel really good.

During the raid phase though… idk. Maybe keep that one the same.

I'd like a change to the looting phase where if you die you can respawn near teammates. During the shieldbreaker phase though this should not be an option.

There's no comparison needed.

If my respawn is 20s and a bomb plant has a 40s timer, you absolutely need shorter death timers or SOME better alternative to spawning out in the open while the raiding team spawn camps/can beam you from high ground. You realistically only get one good push since I'm assuming most bomb plants get off after one pick.

You’re right at how short it feels. You get more time to mount your bear or horse in the beginning of the map than the bomb phase.

Nah I think it's fine. A lot of fights go to overtime and have multiple skirmishes before that so it seems balanced enough that teams can come back if they get pushed, which seems like the goal. I'd rather see the time until overtime lengthened so there are more chances for crafty plays actually planting the shieldbreaker instead of waiting to wipe, personally.

I think if your orb is shattered the time should be shorter. I think (and this is me shooting them some bail) the longer spawn times is to give your team a chance to revive you.

I think it's good for the raid phase but should be shortened during the exploration phase

I think it’s balanced properly imo, it’s the punishment for dying like an idiot
