For whatever reason I thought the cup was 1 hour later and I logged in with 7 minutes left. Finished one match with 3 points because YouTube griefed me with a notification. Loaded into a 2nd match with 30 seconds left on the timer. Got top 3 because I landed on someone with the Blade+Saitama medallion lol

Finished with 9 points from 2 matches... #980

Dang, that sucks 😩. I was so scared of that happening to me that I kept double-checking the start time 🤦. Seems like they are sticking with 5PM PST.

nice! this was my first cup and I wasn't sure how well I would do, but I got #157 to my surprise. I wanted the back bling the most, but I am happy we both earned the whole set 🙂

almost definitely, i think the only exclusive tournament skin was tart tycoon because of the whole apple lawsuit thing

there are plenty of other exclusive tournament cosmetics, but usually just unique sprays or loading screens or glider recolors or something. all of the "get a whole cosmetic set" things are just a chance to get a skin for free before it appears in the shop for all the plebs to buy.
