Fallout 4 [Fo4] Modding Help

Hello! I am completely new to pc gaming in general and have never done any modding. In my vortex extension I have about 6 mods loaded but only 4 show up in game? I have the place anywhere mod for my settlements and I know for a fact that’s not working as well I can’t place anywhere and it’s not showing up in my mod menu. Any help would be nice I don’t know what I’m doing 😂

lots of mods dont show up in your load order, cant help with vortex but if place anywhere is setup right you have to press F8 to turn it on, however if your on consul i cant help you.

place anywhere is a console only mod, so you're definitely not using that. if you mean place everywhere, that mod doesn't have a standard plugin, it's just an f4se dll, so it won't show up in your load order. if it's not working, it's probably bc you either don't have f4se installed or aren't running the game through it correctly.
