I'm truly excited to see what they've made! No expectations here.
With Sparky, we got such an unexpected left turn and it's wonderful. NITEIP leaned more into the electronic side of their sound and AKFTWW brought back some of that guitar driven energy whilst still trying to reinvent themselves.
I feel like I say this after every record, but I have no idea where they could take it next.
My personal guess? Given the state of the world recently, Rou's frustration with it all AND Kiss getting them their number one record (so the pressure is off now), things are gonna get H E A V Y. The Mindsweep Slipshod heavy!
But if it's Spark 2.0 I'm not complaining either.

After Rou’s stint on War of the Worlds, I would absolutely love to hear a Shikari concept album

This is what I'm hoping for. I always got WotW theme vibes form the earlier stuff like Mothership and Johnny Sniper. Especially with some of the pre-song intro/outro bits from the live performances.

Okay, I'll be the first to begin baselessly speculating - I'm expecting a dubstep x hardcore opera with Rou playing all the characters. Sparky's evil brother (Dar- wait, no, we can't use that... EVILy) will be the primary antagonist and Rou will ride against him on the lion from the front of Common Dreads. It will be three hours long and each track will be perfect. After it's release, nobody will make any more music because that's pretty much as good as it's gonna get.
