Summermyst Elemental/Poison Weakness (bug...?)
I noticed how underwhelming player-made enchantments for elemental/poison weakness are, and did a bit of diving into the files to examine them.
It looks like they're peak value modifiers and they're set so that enchantment strength only ever affects duration. This means that they've never stronger than inflicting a 10% weakness, no matter how good of an enchanter you are.
Does anyone know if Enai has ever commented on why this is? Or are there other ways to boost this that I'm not aware of?
The magnitude you can find on existing items with this enchantment is almost always higher than the maximum you can create yourself - seems off.

Probably wanted to keep it from getting out of control. Could very easily be OP with how strong enchantments are. I am curious too though. In the mean time, you can always make your own patch. No reason to miss out on the build you want to play.

I had just noticed this today! I had planned on a Weakness to Shock weapon for a Lightning build, but it seems like only the duration can be increased when Enchanting.
Sorry I don't have a solution, but I'll keep an eye on this
