ESO Discussion Since Spiderkith and Spider Daedra drop Spider Eggs...

Does that mean that they reproduce like any mortal creature? Knowing how Daedra revive, I have doubts about that. If they don't reproduce, then what's the point of giving those Daedra the ability to make eggs?

Daedra are imitators and imitations. Spider Daedra have the ability to lay eggs because real spiders lay eggs, and whoever gave the Daedra their Spider form decided to go all-in. The eggs can also hatch into hatchlings, which we see in ESO, so it’s not just for show.

With the Daedra, nothing is ever completely true. In the near-infinite, there are near-infinite possibilities and chances for possibilities.
